This order is in aid of a MoD Contract and may be the subject of Quality Assurance activity at your works by the MoD Quality Assurance Representative who will inform you accordingly. Purchasing in aid of this order will be in accordance with the requirements of Defence Standard (DEF STAN) 05-61 parts 1, 2 & 3 if indicated on the main body of this order. The Quality Control arrangements in respect of all services or supplies contained on this order shall be in accordance with your ISO/MoD approval.
This order is in aid of an Aerospace contract and may be the subject of Quality Assurance activity at your facility. The Seller is to afford access to the Company, their customers and/or regulatory authority, to the seller’s facility which was involved in the processing/manufacturing the Company’s Purchase Order, and to all of the sellers records concerning the Purchase Order or the Contract unless otherwise agreed
None of the Seller’s records concerning the Purchase Order and/or the Contract unless otherwise agreed are to be destroyed without the prior agreement of the Company. These are to be maintained for a minimum of 7 years
The Seller is to notify the Company of any change in product and/or process definition and written approval must be granted prior to any further work being commenced.
A Mill Certificate showing traceability is required. When indicated in main body a Certificate of Chemical and Physical Analysis from a NAMAS approved testhouse or international equivalent is required.
No further Subcontracting without the prior written approval of Engineering Control Supplies Limited
A Release Certificate in accordance with your AS9100/ISO9001/ISO Stockist/Nadcap approval (as appropriate) is required.
Subject to inspection after delivery by our approved inspection organisation. A Certificate of Conformity/Letter of Quality Assurance signed by a responsible person of your company stating that the supplies have been inspected/tested and conform in all respects to the requirements of this order is required. Your commercial delivery note may be accepted in lieu of formal certificate by prior arrangement with Engineering Control Supplies Quality Manager.
Subject in addition to any special Quality requirements that may be printed in the main body of this order.
