All Quality and Environmental processes are the responsibility of our dedicated Quality Assurance team who report directly to the Managing Director.
We are able to satisfy most customer documentational requirements including: AS9102 FAIR’s, QASOR’s, DEF STAN’s, Critical Inspection Reports, Full Dimensional Analysis, Chemical Analysis, Physical Properties, First Level, Hull Integrity, Safety of Life, Operational Effectiveness, Magnetic Signature, Oxygen Cleanliness, 5WHY & 8D Root Cause Analysis.
Quality Records of all manufacture are maintained to ensure all supplies are fully traceable to Raw Material including Mill Certification, Nadcap, UKAS, AS9120 and D1-4426 sources.
We are certificated to Cyber Essentials, are a member of the British Safety Council, have been assessed by Investors in People and are actively working towards the ISO14001 Environmental Standard.
